Fraudulent surprise combined account with Direct TV

I have an ATT mobile account. I want to payoff my phone and leave ATT. I cannot because a fraudulent "combined account" is linked to my mobile phone. I cannot view it. ATT cannot uncombine it. I cannot payoff my account. Direct TV shows no account for me. Direct TV has me counted as a viewer fraudulently I guess added by ATT. Read about a (Edited per community guidelines) case on this.........check you accounts.

  • Wireless accounts: 877.844.5584
  • Digital phone, Internet, or U-verse TV accounts: 888.471.4576

Our Fraud team is specialized to blacklist these accounts and further investigate your concerns.

Somehow, ATT added a Direct TV link to my ATT profile. The fraud is in house ATT. Direct TV has no account for me on record. 

The fraud reporting ATT has in place is a joke. Cannot speak to anyone. It tells you to only call if you have lost phone service so an agent can assist you with the fraud form.
