I purchased an iPad Pro 12.9 from AT&T. I was to have it delivered the next day between 2 and 4. Enjoy was to call before arriving. At 10 minutes before 4 I received an email stating they were not coming and rescheduled the visit for the following week when I am to be out of town. Local AT&T stores were out of stock, so with next day delivery promised, I thought this would be easy. I could have picked one up at Best Buy and stopped at the AT&T store for activation. I tried calling Enjoy. Their automated response stated a 7 minute wait. I held for an hour with no response. I left a voice mail with no response. I sent an email with no response. If I get a chance to get to Best Buy, I will buy it there and cancel my AT&T order. Don’t ever deal with Enjoy. Check their financials on their website. This is a failing company and their service fails as well.
