Hi Foundjoy! Here's how to remove AT&T Call Protect from your phone.

You should be able to uninstall the app simply by following the recommended instructions by @sandblaster. If you need additional assistance, view the instructions provided at our Device Support Center.

After selecting your make and model choose App Management followed by Download Apps & Games. Also, AT&T Call Protect is being phased out, so once you remove the app from your device you may not be able to resume your subscription.

In its place is AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app which will provide all the great features you enjoyed with AT&T Call Protect.

ActiveArmor is included with some plans, and no action is needed. To check your plan:

1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
2. Scroll to My devices and select Manage add-ons for the phone number you want to check.
3. Look for ActiveArmor mobile security or ActiveArmor advanced mobile security (no extra charge).
   • If you see it, your plan includes the version shown.
   • If you don’t see it, your plan doesn’t include it.
4. Uninstall the AT&T Call Protect app if it is currently downloaded to your device.

Once you accept the Terms & Conditions, you can access your call features. Just open the app and choose Calls to access your call logs and more.

While the basic features of AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security are free to AT&T Wireless (Postpaid) and PREPAID customers, you can upgrade to advanced mobile security features only for $3.99 month.

Launch each app on your phone and when you find the one that you are looking for, go through the app delete/removal process for the phone’s OS. 

The app name is probably “call protect”, try searching your phone for that name.
