Closing threads to hide the truth?

I recently posted about an issue I have. I am a new member. It seems like instead of a resolution I am bombarded with nonsense replies skirting the issue with made up information. Then all of the sudden after a "top contributor" makes a final comment to gaslight the real issue, I am locked out of the conversation and certain posts were deleted entirely. Great work hosting a forum for customer issues!!!

Samsung S8+ 5G. The point I am making is I was told and agreed to one plan and it sent out with another. I do not care what At&t blocks and doesn't block on the device. I am upset this happened and there has not been a way to stop it or to have known until it arrived active.

And all the days of trouble and held up funding? What about the clear way At&t handled this case poorly? What about the employees (yes plural) that lied to close a deal? I have 14 days because of a federal law. There are also laws about what happened to me. Let's talk about the slew of "helpful customers" that we are supposed to believe hang out on this forum to help tens of thousands of times for no pay, they seem to suspiciously steer the chat away from inconvenient events and truths.

1.  This is a customer populated forum with minimal participation from @ATTHelp 

2.  You were offered a DM from @ATTHelp   

3.  If you are not happy with how things are progressing on these forums, feel free to ask the BBB for help (AT&T…not the forums😊).

4.  As far as not believing that people will VOLUNTEER to help (ie. no pay), that really happens.  Me?  I’m just an old lady sitting here with my cat on my lap.  😘

Awesome thanks for "helping" I doubt there is a "minimum At&t presence" From the moment I first posted all the responses have been to cloud the issue at hand. Also customers helping customers do not close down threads that are real unresolved issues. 2. Try and keep up, I already stated I responded to the late in the game attempt at assistance "DM" I am still waiting on a response from that. More of a public illusion than an attempt. 3. I am posting here to warn other customers, with a truthful experience. So yes I guess I do not like how it progressed because; #4 You are a old lady who is just defending a crooked company. No real response to what happened, no changes you could think of to prevent this? I will definitely follow up with all sorts of complaints and courts. I posted on the forums so customers and At&t can see the results of their policies.

I won't agree or disagree with this, although the ATT help is sketchy. Called me from a number after hitting me in DM on here, after telling me the call was just a busy signal an my voicemail isn't set up to call them. My Samsung said the call couldn't be made from my calling area. My voicemail is set up an my call blocker didn't allow the call from them, due to the number being reported 91 times as a "severe threat". Just my thoughts...

Yep, AFTER all the other official calls I have tried I am not holding my breath for this "DM" to even happen, let alone change any policies. Warning to all!!

Complaints filed with the BBB are forwarded to the OOP.  Others have reported that doing so resulted in a call within a few days.
