Can't access HBO

Originally I was able to follow the steps for the hbo. I factory reset my phone and when I tried to watch hbo again nothing worked. I've gone through the verification process a dozen times and it wont work. I did the phone verification and its asking me to pay extra for direct TV which I don't want. I've been at this an hour which is ridiculous.  It should be this complicated to set this up.
