Calls going to voicemail after half ring and I don't have ActiveArmor

This happened a few years ago.  I had Active Armor, was told to remove app and customer service rep had opted me out, we had reset network settings, and still some calls from those on contact list were still going to voicemail. I called ATT again and got lucky, because the agent had worked at ATT for 12 years and knew there was a piece of code or something that needed to be removed.  My daughter just got a new phone, and now I am back to the same problem with my iphone 13 that is updated to latest ios.  This is an ATT issue. Has anyone else had this problem that could help me resolve it? Thanks!

Hello @misssappy, we can get you pointed in the right direction. 

Your security is our top priority so when you upgraded we gave you the basic protection plan free.

You woud need to log into your AT&T account and scroll down til you see ActiveArmor. It will allow you to manage your subscription. From there you will be able to allow, block, or send fraud and spam calls to voicemail. 

You could also download the Active Armor app and follow the steps listed.
