Caller ID names
Hello within the past couple months none of my 3 lines are showing up with any name when caller ID number comes in and someone calls it did but now doesn't at all no matter if it's a business number a school or a person. What has changed and I need it changed back

Hey there @Msnadiaberry , we want to help you view caller IDs again.
There are four individual requirements for seeing an incoming call's caller ID. As long as you meet one of the following requirements, you'll be able to see Caller IDs:
Keep in mind you'll also need to have the ActiveArmor app installed in order to view Caller IDs, even if have the correct subscription level. If you meet the above requirements, and ActiveArmor is installed, try troubleshooting the ActiveArmor app next, by clearing it's cache and updating it.

Were you able to get this working? All 3 lines had Caller ID stop working in November.

I have all that the numbers are showing but not names with the number it used to show names and numbers

It was showing the name and number even if it wasn't saved . Example - a person I know not saved it would show his name and number . Or my child's school would show their name and number

That’s how it should work. Mine stopped in October or November. Too bad no one can help fix, because it seems more widespread.
