Hey there @Msnadiaberry , we want to help you view caller IDs again.

There are four individual requirements for seeing an incoming call's caller ID. As long as you meet one of the following requirements, you'll be able to see Caller IDs:

  • The incoming number is saved in your contact list.
  • You have Unlimited Elite, Unlimited Extra, or Unlimited Premium as your wireless plan.
  • You have ActiveArmor mobile security advanced, which is $3.99 per month if not included with your wireless plan.
  • You have another Caller ID app or service.

Keep in mind you'll also need to have the ActiveArmor app installed in order to view Caller IDs, even if have the correct subscription level. If you meet the above requirements, and ActiveArmor is installed, try troubleshooting the ActiveArmor app next, by clearing it's cache and updating it.

Please let us know if this helps, so we can look into this further if needed.

Were you able to get this working?  All 3 lines had Caller ID stop working in November.

It was showing the name and number even if it wasn't saved . Example -  a person I know not saved it would show his name and number . Or my child's school would show their name and number

That’s how it should work.  Mine stopped in October or November.  Too bad no one can help fix, because it seems more widespread.
