Business Attendant?

It's a Business Phone feature, but there's no Business Phone forum.  So I'll spam ones most likely to know.

Is the feature AT&T Business Attendant still a thing?  Website is a loop of link to link to link back to beginning.  Phone customer service is music, then transfer, then music.
