Block a number from calling or texting any phones on business account

I have a business account, and I’m the owner. I was wanting to know if there is a way I can block calls and text being made from a certain number to one of my phones without needing the device or if it’s possible to block calls and text from a certain number on my entire plan 

I want this 1 number not to be able to call or text someone on my business plan or the entire business plan
