AT&T's Google Account is messed up

I get a recorded message all the time that my Google Account need something, and I promptly block the number.  AT&T has said they can't help. Really?  Who's paying for the connection? Who's paying for the interchange so the call can be routed to my number?  Whatever happened to accurate caller ID?  How many people are loosing a few minutes a day to these calls?  What's the cost of that? How fast would AT&T stop robo-calling if everyone could back charge AT&T say $0.04 per call.  I'll bet they could come up with a solution pretty fast.  Oh, and "do not call lists" appear to be a distribution of valid numbers to call rather than stopping anything.

So here's the features I want:  Caller ID that actually works.  The ability to back charge every robo caller every time they call.  The ability to have one touch reporting for robo marketing calls when I'm on the do not call list. And finally, I don't want any of this to stop the school district's information calls, the police's information calls, etc...

ATT has nothing to do with google. There is no ATT google account. As for your demands, in case you haven’t noticed spam calls and robo calls are an industry wide problem. They aren’t unique to ATT. Charge back a robo call? You must be joking.

I was pretty much thinking what @sandblaster  wrote.
