ATT Visual Voicemail not working & Complaint against chat supervisor Jaiwal
Can anyone at ATT help me? So frustrated. I just switched from Verizon and I cannot get my visual voice mail to work. ATT has reprovisioned my voicemail 3 times, I've reset the password 8 times, and restarted my phone 10 times. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled, cleared cache... Nothing works. Can anyone help at ATT?
Also, I was chatting for an hour with Ariana, who was amazing, and she transferred me to Jaiswal who was horrible. After keeping me waiting for 15 minutes, came back to say go to the store or call the 1800 number. I'd like to lodge a complaint against this rep, Jaiswal. Chat log below.
