AT&T Visual Voice Mail stop working

​​You're going to thank me for this one. I spent over an hour on the phone with a tech and we solved the issue.​​

​​First, make sure you have all updates current on your phone software​​​​. 2nd go to the visual voice mail icon, hold down and hit the (i) button to go to the settings (this is were you would see the select option or force stop).Go down to Storage and hit clear cache and then hit clear data. Now you should be able​​​​ to see your visual voice mail. Let me know of this helps.​​
