ATT Reward Card
How long does it take to get reward card? I have been waiting weeks and after reading previous reviews of people never receiving them, I am about ready to contact the better business bureau for falsely advertising a promo.

We understand the need to get your rewards card cobainsgirl21, we are here to help!
Within 4 weeks of installing an eligible service, you’ll get a reward letter with a claim number. Before the deadline, go to the Reward Center and:
You can also check your email including junk/spam folder for the notification after 4 weeks of active service.
To qualify for reward card offers, customer’s accounts should be active and in good standing.
How do I get info about my rewards?
To redeem your reward, you must claim it within 75 days from the date on your notification and keep your service active.
Not sure if you need to redeem your reward? Check the AT&T Reward Center.
Tip: Make sure to use your reward cards soon. They expire 6 months after we send them out.

I have followed these steps and waited the indicated weeks, it has still not arrived. Based off other reviews it seems the rewards hardly ever reach the customers.

Have you tried contacting out to our Reward Center? If not, please give them a call at 800.288.9983 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. They will be able to better assist you with claiming your rewards.

All of these steps were followed through to only meet no solution. I have still not received my rewards and starting to feel this was all a fake promo with no intentions of ATT following through on their end
