AT&T App Depot login
iPhone 13 - User has logged into the AT&T App Depot app, but upon entering the app is greeted with the message "the user does not have permission to access any mobile applications".
The user deleted the app, rebooted the iPhone and reinstalled the app: same message.
The user has other apps that work just fine.
Please advise on a solution.
