ATT ActiveArmor over blocking forwarded calls
I'm having a problem with ATT ActiveArmor over blocking legitimate calls. This overblocking was not a problem with the prior ATT Call Protect App, which has now been merged into one ATT ActiveArmor app.
I think the overblocking of legitimate calls is happening because my work line (a separate, non-ATT landline) is forwarded to my ATT cell (an iPhone 13, if that matters). The forwarded calls do not show up as being from my work number; instead, they show up as being from whoever is calling (eg, if Joe at 123-456-0000 calls, I see Joe's number, not my work line 123-000-4567 number).
My work number is in my contacts and I checked to make sure that my work number is not blocked in ATT ActiveArmor. I've also checked and rechecked all of my ATT ActiveArmor settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone, etc. None of that has helped.
Any idea what I can do to resolve this? I need to continue to have my work line forwarded to my cell and don't want to disable that forwarding, but I also cannot have basically all of the calls to my work line blocked because of ATT ActiveArmor.
