We want to help you determine how Spotify should be blocked, @fowellkris

Our Secure Family app comes with a number of categories you can filter out, but we'll be happy to help you narrow this down. Whenever you go into the Content Filters section of the app, you'll be given the following categories to block: Objectionable, Social Media, Messaging, Games, Downloads, Videos, Malware and More.

You'll be able to tap each section and view a list of which apps fall under the selected category, and block them individually. Spotify is a music-streaming app, so for this reason, we recommend checking the Videos section first to block this app. The following PDF about Secure Family's content blocking includes detailed steps along with screenshots of what to look for during this process.

Please let us know if you have any other questions about the Secure Family app, we'll be happy to clear this up for you.
