Activearmor reverse phone lookup

Keeps getting invalid number error.

Is there a way to use this feature without having to copy from the dial screen and paste into the search number box?

We are here to help you with your reversing a number lookup feature in the new mobile security app ActiveArmor, @RBChicago.

To use the reverse phone lookup feature via the ActiveArmor app to its full ability, you do want to delete Call Protect if you haven't done so already. Both apps have been combined in one.

With ActiveArmor Advanced, you get all the features of the basic app, plus:

  • Public Wi-Fi Protection (VPN and Wi-Fi Alerts): Get your own private connection (VPN) – to protect your data on public Wi-Fi networks.
  • Identity Monitoring: Get alerts and advice if your personal info is leaked.
  • Reverse Number Lookup: Provides details when you enter a U.S. number.
  • Caller ID: Identifies unknown caller details.
  • Safe Browsing: Avoid suspicious sites – surf the web safely.
  • Theft Alerts (Android only): Helps locate your Android smartphone in the event your device is lost or stolen.

You also want to check for an ActiveArmor app updates. After completing these steps, open your ActiveArmor app and see if you are able to locate the Reverse Number Lookup feature.

As far as you getting the invalid number error, this error may occur if you have Advanced Messaging enabled on your device, and you may need to disable the feature. To learn how to enable and disable advanced messaging please click here.

If deleting/restarting the text thread and disabling Advanced Messaging does not work , please proceed to troubleshoot your device. Sign in to your account and then click fix my wireless and follow the prompts.

Try the steps above to resolve the text error you are receiving. Feel free to reach back out if you have any questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
