Active armor

App won't work since I got a new phone.

All it says it. Error getste106. S23 ultra

Good afternoon @Taco755, we are happy to help get your ActiveArmor working! 

Does the app fail to launch or are you seeing the error after the app has opened? This will help us to direct our troubleshooting.

Here are some things to try:

  • Powercycle the phone. This will refresh the device on the network in case it is a connectivity problem.
  • Turn off any other VPN-type apps temporarily. To do this, go to Settings and type VPN in the universal search bar and tap to disable. This menu is in Network settings > More connections (This will ensure that AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security is serving as the VPN). 
  • Go to the Google Play Store and uninstall updates.
  • Disable the app, restart the device, enable the app again in the Settings > App menu and tap to reopen the app.

Nope, I called and advanced tech support was pit on the job but never was contacted after or never received any notifications. It still isn't fixed. I see y ppl say customer service (Edited per community guidelines).
