Active Armor is falsely marking 3rd party VPN as a threat

I have started using Active Armor and have been quite happy with the app. However, I have come across one issue that appears to be a bug. I have two different 3rd party VPNs installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max outside of the one that is installed by Active Armor. One is OpenVPN that I use to connect to my parent's PCs when they need help. The other is the VPN installed by Microsoft Defender that is required by my work and basically serves the same purpose that the Active Armor VPN performs. Active Armor is marking both these VPNs as threats.

I've gone into the VPN section of Active Armor, selected View details, selected Trust VPN, and then selected Trust, but it still lists the VPN as a threat. It does not change the status. I have done this for both VPN connections. I am on the latest version of the app available from the Apple App Store, which at this time is 6.0.4.

Bump. Why does Active Armor continue to mark a VPN I have marked as trusted as a threat? Where can I file a bug on this? Where is the official Active Armor app support?

Hi Rojma, we're here to help look into why your Active Armor app is marking a trusted VPN as a threat.

We recommend checking for app updates to fix any ActiveArmor concerns or reinstalling the app to get the latest version and features.

If you continue to experience problems with the app, it’s easy to report issues. Just submit a request to app support.

Let us know if this helps, and thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.

No this doesn't help. I have the latest version. I actually have another post asking WHERE "app support" is located?

https://forums.att.com/conversations/account-features/where-is-active-armor-app-support/62eafb9ab80a287081dfacdd

In the following article:

https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1185527

it also references "app support" but gives no links or references on how to get to, contact, or submit a request to "app support". Can you please clarify on how we can get to app support and submit a request to them?

Thank you for the link. It would be nice if the above AT&T article (KM1185527) had the same link that you provided. What sense does it make to have an article telling people to go to app support but not tell them HOW to get there?
