Here is some information on enrolling in ACP and the benefit that's applied to service.

https://www.att.com/help/affordable-connectivity-program/prepaid-wireless/

ACP supplements $30 a month of your phone service.

Your financial situation may not allow you to pass a credit check necessary for post-paid service. Postpaid service is required in order to purchase a phone on installments.

This may limit you to prepaid which requires that you purchase a phone or bring a phone that is compatible with AT&T (no installment option)

If you have a phone you would like to use please check the IMEI.

Prepaid service is as little as half the cost of postpaid. The $30 5 gig plan would be free with your ACP applied.

Hello @Lisa1610, we'd be glad to fill you in with more information about what current deals we have available.

We want to thank our ACE @formerlyknownas, for the helpful tips they've given you regarding your ACP inquiries.

At this time, we do have offers available that allow you to receive a free phone, with an eligible trade in. If you're interested with making payments on a phone, we also have deals as low as $1.00 a month with no trade in required.

Feel free to review our online shop for more options and good priced phones.

We hope we we're able to answer your inquiries, and thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.
