5g included on all unlimited plans
I recently upgraded my phone to note 20 ultra 5G, knowing that I will experience the 5g, i was told 5g was included on all the unlimited plans, but since my plan was the old unlimited plus it didnt include 5g, customer service suggested to change my plan and have to add extra 30 a month more to have the 5g included. As att advertised that 5g included on all unlimited plans, it should also include the old unlimited plans, hope ATT will fix the issue and allow customers with old unlimited plans to have 5g included without changing plans and not adding extra on there monthly bills.

You want 5G you need a new plan att and Verizon are both doing this.

5G service is included on the prepaid unlimited plus plan which is $75. It is also included on the postpaid unlimited starter, unlimited extra, and unlimited Elite. Starter is 65 extra is 75 unlimited Elite is 85, (discounts available on Elite, which may lower the price $10)

Advertisements are always about current plans, not former plans. I have an old plan too, I’d love to see them add 5G to it but I know it’s not going to happen.
