iOS macOS DirecTV app ONGOING playback issues Live and DVR
Since the start of my account I have been having issues with live and DVR playback on both iOS and macOS (Using 4 browsers)..
I have contacted Technical support numerous times, was lied to numerous times that I was going to receive a call from a supervisor with information gathering and resolution of this ongoing issue, didn’t happen and when I contacted Technical Support the forth time and was told the truth that supervisors do not have the ability to perform callbacks on this issue..
Now I bought this service specially for playback on both my iPhone SE and MacBook and since they are not working as was promised, I am paying for something that I am not receiving and that is not right nor fair and I am requesting this issue gets resolved as soon as possible…
With Technical Support I have everything updated on both iOS and macOS including the Cisco video player to no avail..
Seems like Apple support from DirecTV is the “Redheaded Stepchild” and is not showing any attention on being fixed.
So my question:
Is anyone else having this issue as I am and if so do you have a fix ?
