Lol the Internet service down I pay for so I couldn't use a computer if I wanted. On a Verizon phone which is the only thing that works thankfully.

Driving around right now looking for at&t vans. Maybe maybe they'll listen to this.

My daughter HAD Verizon FiOs.  Frontier just bought it out....She works from home....Her internet went down today (Monday) and they told her it would be out until Thursday.  She's having to take vacation days or drive to the office.

 

So I don't know if you work from home, sweetie, but like my momma would say "It could be worse."

I don't care about you or your daughter and yes my previous account was deleted so I'm sure these scummy @ssed moderators know. If not at&at will sure take notice soon.

Brought all this onto your own employees.

Maybe if this happened once or twice a month but this is weekly bull5hit with them. "Calming down " is not an option. I want compensation for the time and money I've put into this less then average service. I'll get it one way or another.

Neither you j@ck☆ss. I pay a decent amount of money for something monthly that I can't use how is that ok? Would you be fine with ordering and paying for a full meal then having the mashed potatoes and steak taken from you immediately after it was brought out? Leaving you with a plate of vegetables. All while the waiter reassures you the meat and potatoes will be "fixed and brought back" when in fact just sitting on the back with no intention of being brought out. You would probably be the type to thank them and even leave a tip.
