Why does ATT employ so many service techs who speak broken or incomprehensible English?

I had to contact ATT due to a billing error.  The first 4 people I tried to talk to had very thick accents and did not speak idiomatic English.  Why do you hire people to talk on the phone who really can't make themselves understood?

How to Report Dead Data Area

How do we report an area where data does not work? Very repeatable on multiple iPhones. We've done the reset carrier settings. Nothing. LTE with 3+ bars. Voice works fine To be honest, making us consider leaving AT&T as it's caused us plenty of issues.

Is there ANY way to prevent ATT from continuously adding their contacts?

It seems like ATT really wants to make sure that their 7 contacts are constantly on my phone. I delete them and they show right back up.  I can't even edit them so that they aren't at the very top of my contacts ALL the time.  Is there any way to get it to stop?
