Rude salesman in Davenport Iowa

Went to the Davenport AT&T and asked salesman Ignacio [EDITED]how hard it would be to port over a cricket wireless number and he said he wouldn’t do it because it was a headache to do. [EDITED per Community Guidelines]

AT&T Wireless block international calls is no longer possible via web. Only by calling operator.

When can a user easily via web or cellphone, be able to disable international calls when traveling abroad? this will help users avoid unwanted international charges. Users cannot easely avoid unwanted international overcharges now since  AT&T has recently removed the option to disable international

I have 7 lines on my account--I want to make sure I wouldn't get any surprise charges since friends/family on the account may engage in international travel in the near future. When I check "Manage add-ons" on each of the lines, they all have "Travel at pay-per-use rate" enabled and nothing else.

Today I went into AT&T store to check on my plan since I received an email saying my plan was no longer being offered. So, I asked what my new charges be switching to their premium plan. He wouldn’t be able to see my charges if I didn’t provide him my driver’s license. Why? Never had to do this

Not able to receive or make calls.

Hi, just transferred my phone from Republic Wireless to Att and I seem to have lost the ability to make or receive calls, though everything else is fine. I can dial the numbers but the call ends right away.Would anyone able to help me with this issue ?Please and thank you. m.

Credit card from Wirecard with a refund on my AT&T bill.

I received a prepaid Mastercard from AT&T saying it has a Refund of Credit on Final Bill. As far as I know we don't have a credit on our bill. I did some research on the company Wildcard and found they had apparently bought the prepaid card business from Citibank. Does anyone know if this is a scam.
