I have filed several "Notice of Dispute" forms online using AT&T online portal.No one has responded at all, much less within the 5 days they promise.While this doesn't surprise me, is there a more direct way to Dispute charges on my bill?

It's come to my attention that if you do not have a mobile phone on your account, well the account is unreachable by att? So long story short fiancée locked account had to reset password unable to verify my self because the passcode won't come to the iPad. What an array of problems this causes.

I just opened an account with this miserable company. I wanted to port over one number… a number I had for over 20 years that was used for business and personal.
