U-Verse App still not fixed

For months now users have been complaining that after the latest app update they have to continually keep logging into the application. I have seen the usual canned responses about reinstalling app etc, non of which seem to work.  I also saw one suggestion that a secondary account could log in

On Demand Error Code 0 - Failed to load resource

When I press the on demand button on one remote I get error code 0. Two other TVs work fine. I have tried restarting the box with the front button and unplugging the power cord with no success. Have had the problem for 4 days with no fix. Any other things I should try?

How do I fix my cable box/DVR?

The green and red lights on the front of the box are flashing. The screen is telling me to go to Troubleshoot U-verse & Internet. Restarting the box did not fix the problem.

Can’t see any channels below 100 on app

When I go on my DIRECTV app all I have access to is some of the channels in my subscription. I have no access to any channel below 100. I have made sure my receiver is connected to my network, made sure my receiver is connected in the app, checks for app updates, and deleted and reinstalled the app

Loss of signal

My U-Verse goes out every night between 11pm and 2am. Sometimes just for a few minutes and other times for half hour or longer. Does anyone else experience these outages? Thank you!

new receiver, error message "AT&T U-verse TV is not available at this time...

Swapped out a wired receiver (one of 3). Now get this error message. Only option is to "restart receiver" which restarts receiver but comes back to this screen. Have rebooted receiver and home gateway multiple times. FWIW other tvs are working fine.... Internet works fine. (Also ATT). on the receive

New ATT remote does NOT pause or rewind live TV or recorded TV. What to do? I have a Denon receiver that my OLDER ATT remote did work for volume and channel change, etc. The NEW remotes do NOT do this after following new remote programing instructions. What to do??

U-verse TV + Internet issues

I'm paying $85 for U-verse TV + internet every month. I was told that I need to have both services in order to get $10 discount and unlimited data allowance. Is this true? I really don't watch AT&T U-verse TV at all and thinking to get rid of TV in order to save some $$. AT&T U-verse TV

Once again, I am not getting what I am paying AT&T for. Since yesterday, one of my U-verse TVs is displaying a notice headlined “Activity Data Terms and Conditions” and goes on state that I have purchased a smart TV and tells me what to expect and what to expect. I have not bought a smart TV
