Just picked up a Bose Cinemate  2 and have it installed on my tv.  Works great but cannot get Uverse remote to control off/on and sound control.  I used code 4000 suggested in this forum but that doesn't work.  Any ideas?

uverse tv, all stations are pixelating, occasionally see connection is lost, have tried resetting router several times, just had new temp cable installed today, internet connection is good and computers working good, cannot watch any station, router is good

So I have had Uverse for about 14 years now. I used to have the DVR capacity get down to around 4 or 5% and programs recorded would randomly drop as other scheduled programs got recorded. We have AT&T U-verse and lately random shows on our DVR have started to disappear. AT&T have been out twice. They replaced the DVR then replaced the router. I just checked the recordings and 4 have vanished. Any idea what could be causing this? The DVR is not full and shows over 70% space available.
