devices list on gateway incorrect

my list only shows three items hooked up by ETHERNET cable when I only have two devices with ethernet cabls attached and my 9 year old sons chrome book does not appear on list so I am unable to manage settings specific to it and have to just shut all wifi down. I can just use cox if I dont get half

Chamberlain garage door setup

Just updated to fiber and have arris router. When upgrading my garage door opener to a chamberlain with smartiq the unit cannot create and is rejected by the router.  Chamberlain in attempted to correct and noted to call the provider.  Any insights on settings that can make this work?

Price hike

I'm on the AT&T Fiber 500 plan and received an email today stating the price is increasing $5 a month on 2/26/23, so now it will be $80 instead of $75 but if I sign up for Autopay I will save the $5 a month. Any chance AT$T will let me upgrade to the 1 GB package for the $80/month? Thanks

Downgraded from 1Gbps fiber to 500Mbps and received BGW210 from AT&T wanting me to replace BGW320
