Problem with static IP not available

Fiber outside to inside home

I upgraded from ATT Fiber 1000 to 5000.  I used to have the BGW210 in my house and that white ONT box outside in the communication enclosure. Now they've replaced it with BGW320-500 but put that outside directly connecting the fiber to the SFP port on the BGW-320. My worry is this big BGW320

Port 80 forwarding on BGW320-505 works for WAN users but not LAN users

Frequent NAD-3302 errors where my connection drops for a period of time

For the past several months, I have observed that my gateway's connection to the internet drops periodically, and resolves/reconnects after a period of time - sometimes several minutes, but can be as long as 15-30 minutes. WiFi help: How do I get my phone to use 2.4ghz on the BGW320-500

Trying to hook up smart appliances and devices that require 2.4 ghz. They seem to connect to the wifi but I am unable to sync them with my phone.  Do I need to which my phone from 5 ghz to 2.4ghz?  I don't no how to switch to 5 ghz with this system.

Internet drops at least once per day

For the past two months, I have been dealing with my internet dropping at least once per day. When I check the router, the broadband light will be entirely out. When I reset the router, everything will come back up and it is either a roll of the dice between if I will be dealing with the issue again
