I've had Roku for several months and everything worked fine. Here lately it keeps disconnecting everytime I switch my TV input from Roku over to Directv. It's saying that my internet is not connected

I am copying and pasting the header from one of the 10 spam e-mails in my spam box right now.  Also all of the e-mails start with for example cbd@teqm.de, cbd@ittha.de, cbd@iymkr.de, cbdwsjsu.de.  all of the spam e-mails start with cbd with different letters in between the cbd and the de at the end.

What can I do to fix this? I can't get answers on AT &T. I don't know if there is an outage in the area or if it was from any storms. I've restarted the modem unplugged it reset etc still the red light appears.
