I have been on my parents AT&T wireless family plan for several years. I do not live with my parents but they still pay my bill and I'm on my dads plan. Is it possible for me to stay on the wireless plan I'm currently on but change myatt account?

at&t email keeps logging me out when i do anything else or away.  i saw the clear cache/cookies advice, but it is on all 4 devices i have. i check the 'keep me logged in' option everytime. it doesnt matter. 

My brother-in-law who is 86 has forgotten his email password and he can't remember the answer to one of the two security questions. Is there someone we can talk to to get the password reset or otherwise gain access?

I saw a similar question, but I've reset my password numerous times. It happens almost every day or any time I change devices. Thanks in advance for your help.

Almost every time I try to sign in, I get a message that I've tried too many times and have to reset my password. When I finally change it and choose to stay signed in I can, but after 2 weeks, I have to change my password again. This happens on both att.net and att.com. And, to add insult to injury
