How can I change the caller ID name on my digital home phone service? Right now, there is a comma that separates the last name and first initial.  I want to have the comma removed and, instead, only a blank space between them.

Not long ago I was able to send and receive faxes anywhere. Since about a month ago, I can receive any faxes, but I can only send faxes locally, not long distance (within the US, but different cities). The fax machine gives the error of "Poor line condition", but it has no problems with local faxes.
