ATT Won't Cancel My Internet! Can't Even Contact Them!

The only way to cancel is to call the number and I can't even get anyone on the line. I'm not playing these games! The credit card is already canceled so you're not getting anymore money! Does a technician come when upgrading from 300 to 500?

Currently have 300 Mbps fiber with a BGW-320. Will a technician have to come to my house to upgrade to 500 Mbps or is it as simple as logging online, upgrading, and restarting the router? Will there be any additional/hidden fees or contracts I should be aware of? Thanks.
